Brushless rechargeable torque wrenches SMG-LD series can be suitable for a variety of application environments, and work uninterruptedly without power supply in the mobile state.
The gear box of this series of torque wrenches is lightweight and precision designed, and has digital adjustment function, which can better control the output torque intelligently and display the working status, the torque output accuracy reaches ±3%, repeatability ±2%.
SMG-LD supports data export, wireless transmission (Bluetooth or WIFI), and cornering function (optional).
SMG-LD lithium battery wrench series main functions
Precise torque:
● Brushless motor, eliminating the need to replace carbon brushes.
Precise torque control: torque accuracy of ± 3%, repeatability ± 2%.
Intelligent control system:
● Digital display: real-time display of torque, rotation speed and number of laps.
● Arbitrary torque setting: torque adjustment for 10NM increase and decrease. (The torque wrench can set any value of torque within the range of use.)
● Automatic shutdown: automatic shutdown when reaching the set target value.
● Calibration: Calibration function to adapt to various working conditions to the mark value.
● Automatic unloading of the counterforce arm. Customized counterforce arm is optional.
● High-precision planetary gear reduction mechanism, stable and durable operation.
● Variable speed: two-speed manual clutch gearbox, automatic gearbox, the speed is 3-5 times of the standard series.
● Overheating temperature monitoring function, motor overheating protection function.
● Fault Alarm: LEd light flashes, motor overheating alarm, system fault alarm, operation error alarm, torque overload limitation function.
Internet of Things:
● Data export: support export data (working torque, angle, rotational speed, working date stamp, workpiece name, operation employee number)
● Communication: support WiFi, USB way through the Internet of Things and the host computer link robot connection, connection with the MES management system, through the cloud transfer to the remote control and management of equipment
● With one-dimensional code and two-dimensional code scanning gun use
● Real-time data networking, upgrading the equipment from a transmission tool to an IoT device.
