Introduction

　　Shanghai SMG Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. uses advanced servo drive integrated machine with independent intellectual property rights, and intelligent drive with independent intellectual property rights as the power to manufacture the disc car.

　　Mainly used for the maintenance, assembly, and commissioning of thermal power generators, wind turbines,hydroelectric generators, engines, etc. that replace the use of power sources. Function

　　1. Arbitrary torque setting: Adjust the torque to 1Nm to increase or decrease

　　2. Gear adjustment: intelligent programming, can set N gears of commonly used torque values, convenient and fast operation

　　3. Precision torque control: Built in sensor closed-loop control. Torque accuracy ± 5%, repeatability accuracy ±2%

　　4. Digital display: Real time display of torque, speed, and number of turns

　　5. Fault alarm: motor overheating alarm, system fault alarm, operation error alarm

　　6. Internet of Things: optional Bluetooth module or WIFI module, torque gateway system, supporting control of upper computer and integration of MES management system through the Internet of Things

　　7. Emergency parking function: Convenient and concise power-off parking in emergency situations

　　8. Upper limit torque automatic parking function: When the actual upper limit torque is exceeded, the system will set the automatic parking function

　　9. Rotation angle control function: can freely set the rotation angle and control of the turning gear

　　10. Installation size design: can be designed according to the installation size of different models of customers
