At present, there is no established standard for bolt fastening in industrial applications, and human resources are relatively cheap, so many wind turbine installation units still retain relatively outdated bolt fastening methods. The traditional bolt tightening method, which uses a wrench to increase the hammering force, is simple to use but cannot obtain accurate and reliable residual load of the bolts, seriously threatening the operation of wind turbines. With the development of the domestic wind power industry and the increase in investment in wind turbine procurement and maintenance, it is imperative to reform traditional bolt tightening methods and provide advanced tools. After initial locking using a regular tapping wrench, torque multiplier, or hydraulic wrench, comparing the bolt and nut sizes and torque values according to the bolt strength grade and other conditions, and then using a high-precision intelligent electric torque wrench for accurate operation, can greatly improve the safety of the fan.
As a precision equipment, intelligent electric torque wrenches can operate wind turbines for a long time in areas with poor natural conditions. In order to ensure the long-term effective operation of wind turbines, it is necessary to pay attention to every detail on the wind turbine and carefully maintain each component. The appearance of a wind turbine mainly consists of four parts: tower, nacelle, hub, and blades. And these four parts need to be connected by bolts. Therefore, the effectiveness of bolt fastening during the installation process of wind turbines will directly affect the normal operation and power generation efficiency of future wind turbines, especially the tower, cabin steering seat bearings, and blades.
The intelligent electric torque wrench can provide accurate torque control with a repeatability accuracy of ± 5%. Equipped with sensors and solenoid valve switches, the repeatability accuracy can reach ± 2%. Pneumatic torque wrenches are widely used in fields such as aerospace, mining, petrochemicals, railways, and construction due to their small size, light weight, and high output power per unit weight. They can achieve high torque output, low reaction force, minimal environmental pollution, and are inexpensive. The assembly and maintenance of heavy vehicles, as well as the loading and unloading of heavy equipment, are widely used in product production and assembly lines, especially in places that require high torque, where intelligent electric torque wrenches are needed!
