Which port do you use for export ?

Shanghai port is our most frequently used port for export. We can also send to Ningbo and other ports if you need.

What is your minimum order quantity ?

Can you also offer DDP price besides FOB and CIF ?

We can offer DDP price. That’s to say we can deliver to your yard/warehouse where you only need to take the goods.

What is your payment term ?

Normally, our payment term is 30% deposit in advance and balance is to be paid before shipping or against the presentation of BL copy. For regular and trustworthy clients, we are willing to offer better payment term.

What is the delivery time ?

We have strong production capacity. Most of our products have stock and can be shipped immediately. But if you need bulk or custom, our lead time is 2-4 weeks.

What safety standards do you follow for products ?

We designs all electric, pneumatic and battery torque wrenches according to CSA/CE/UL safety standards.

Can you provide OEM/ODM service ?
